The Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC) invites Proposals for the overhaul and upgrade of twelve (12) Detroit People Mover (DPM) rail vehicle Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, including the provision of spare parts and special tools. 

Prospective Proposers shall submit a Letter Of Intent to DTC’s Contract Administrator, identified in Articles 104 and 106.  Addenda and clarifications, if issued, will only be sent to Proposers submitting Letters Of Intent, hereinafter called “Registered Proposers.”
