For Elevator/Escalator Maintenance and Repair

Notice is hereby given by the Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC) of its intent to issue an invitation for bid (IFB) for qualified firms to perform maintenance and repair of the Detroit People Mover (DPM) station elevators and escalators. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and City of Detroit based firms are strongly encouraged to apply.

The IFB will be available after April 22, 2013.  Firms interested in receiving a copy of the IFB should furnish their contact information (i.e., company name, contact person’s name, mailing address, phone and fax numbers and e-mail address) via e-mail to Pamela L. Crump at pcrump@thepeoplemover.com. 

The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
