Order Forms

We collect personal information in conjunction with the purchase of Fast Pass cards and other goods and fare media sold from this site. We request information from the customer on order forms. A customer must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail, and shipping address) and financial information (such as a credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information may be used to contact a customer.

E-Mail Address

If an e-mail is sent with questions or comments, or if the e-mail address is provided when ordering People Mover merchandise, the DTC may use your e-mail address and other personal information included in your correspondence to improve the content of our website or to respond to your correspondence. If DTC is provided with your e-mail address to receive notifications regarding your order, the DTC will only use your e-mail address to send information to address the purpose for which you provided your e-mail address unless you agree to additional e-mail notifications from time to time.

Parties interested in employment with DTC may apply online and/or submit information regarding past work experience. This information will be used only for evaluating an applicant’s qualifications for a position with DTC.
