In partnership with the Boll YMCA, this class at the Black Box Theater will combine yoga, meditative breathing, deep stretching, Tai-Chi, and grounding movements for a gentle, mindful practice designed to help you reset, restore, and recalibrate. Attention to physical sensation and shifts in energy is emphasized through somatic awareness. The practice concludes with a guided visualization for rest and renewal before/after a powerful performance. Open to all bodies and experience levels.
